The Nimitz Group, LLC, d/b/a The Mare Island Company,  our affiliates, and those agents we use to provide services on our behalf or collaborate with when rendering services (collectively referred to herein as “The Nimitz Group”, “we,” or “us”) are sensitive to the confidentiality of your personal information and have created this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. This Notice describes how we collect, use and disclose information that you provide to us when using our website [www.mareislandco.com] and all other websites developed, owned, or maintained by The Nimitz Group (collectively, the “Website”), and other products/services that link or refer to this Notice.  This Notice also describes the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information. By visiting the Website, or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to and accept this Notice. Our Website is controlled, operated, and administered by The Nimitz Group from its offices within the United States. If you are accessing our Website from a location outside of the United States, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your personal information to our facilities in the United States and to those third parties with whom we share such information as described in this Notice.

We will need to confirm your identity and California residency to process your requests to exercise your information, access, deletion, or opt-out rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to verify your identity, and understand and respond to the request. A California resident can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on his/her behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority.

Please note that the CCPA limits these rights by, for example, prohibiting us from providing certain sensitive information in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which we must comply with a deletion request. If we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.
