Mare Island is embracing the arts with large sculpture installations and murals on display for the public to experience.

The U.S.S. Jupiter is one of several ships built at Mare Island that will be celebrated at the Spirit Ship 4th of July Celebration on Monday in Vallejo.

The Mare Island Company has engaged Three Thirty Three Arts to collaborate with the art students at the Vallejo Health and Fitness Academy.
