September 12, 2026: The Mat comes to Mare Island
Join us Saturday, September 12 at 10am at The Quarters Coffee House for an outdoor Mat Pilates class on the front lawn, led by The Mat — 45 minutes of movement in the morning sun. A coffee's included with your ticket, plus a goodie bag for every attendee. Mats are provided, so just bring yourself. Tickets are $50 per person, and spots are limited.
