As shared at our June 5th, 2025, Community Meeting, under the purchase agreement between Lennar and Nimitz, Lennar Homebuilding Division holds the first right of refusal to complete development of the Coral Sea Village Lots. These lots already have a recorded map, new infrastructure, and prior approval for 96 single-family homes. Lennar has now completed its due diligence and confirmed that it will move forward with development of the lots.
At this time, no additional details are available, but we will provide updates as soon as we receive them.
